About Me
My travel journey began at the age of 2, when my parents brought me to Italy to visit our extended family members, and then again to Italy at ages 7 and 13. My parents would also bring us to Clearwater Beach, Florida 2-3 times a year from the time I was 8 years old until I was in my mid 20s (with day trips to Disney as often as I could, as soon as I was able to drive myself there!), and I still vacation in Clearwater Beach to this day. My parents also encouraged me to go on trips with my sister (who worked in the travel industry when I was a teen), which brought me to various European destinations. You could definitely say that the travel bug bit me when I was young and sticks with me to this day!
My husband and I got engaged in 2019 and married in 2021 (after many rescheduled dates!). We had been planning on honeymooning in Italy but were not quite comfortable with international travel at that time, so we delayed our honeymoon. Suddenly we found ourselves in 2022, and I asked him if he would consider a honeymoon at Walt Disney World. He did not
have the same passion that I did at the time, but he agreed, as long as we could add in a few days at Universal Studios Orlando for him. DONE! We started out at Universal and had a great time. But the most amazing part for me was watching the Disney bug bite him, as soon as he stepped foot into the bubble. It took one trip for us to become full-blown Disney adults. Since that trip, we’ve travelled to Disney twice a year, and hope spend even more time there as the years go by! We are also both diagnosed with ADHD, and I understand the complexities of planning travel with special needs in mind. My husband and I are childfree by choice, and I have become an expert at planning amazing adult-oriented magical vacations.
I am a multi-passionate person who has worn many hats over the course of my lifetime. I worked in the television production field for over 10 years, where some of my favourite work was acting as a travel coordinator, booking flights, accommodations and putting together itinerary packages for cast and crew members. I am currently a Registered Psychotherapist, and I love working with people, listening to their experiences, and helping them solve problems. I know that both of these professional backgrounds, combined with my own passions, will help me plan the best vacation ever for you!
