Walt Disney World – First Time!

Marco and Michelle provided us with a very personal experience planning our vacation. They took a lot of time in explaining the many options available in planning our trip to Disney World and listened to our needs. What really made our trip special were the extras that they booked for us, that seemingly only they knew about – they were amazing and really made our days that much better.

We had a wonderful trip

I have done many trips in the last few years and Jeremie has helped plan them all. My favorite place to visit is Disney world. Jeremie has been instrumental in planning our whole trip. He has organized our fast passes, booked our meals, found us the best deals and even organized our flights. If we had any problems Jeremie took care of them for us. He is very helpful and friendly.

Our Disney Cruise was magical!

I am a busy business owner that entrusted my first cruise with Melissa B and she was absolutely amazing! She researched cruise options then she booked the cruise, hotel, transfers, etc. and all I had to worry about was getting on the ship and making memories with my son. Care and communication

Sherrie was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. She made sure all of our transfers were arranged smoothly and communicated with us clearly every step of the way. She found us the best prices available and even double-checked all the details to ensure everything was accurate. She was always easy to reach when we had questions, and she took the time to check in with us before our trip, which gave us so much peace of mind. My family and I love Disney vacations. Francine has been planning our family Walt Disney World vacations for many years. She is always extremely helpful, always available to answer questions, book special Disney World hotels, book special events happening at Disney World, make suggestions, do whatever she can that every Disney family vacation is always very special, is always the best Disney vacation ever! January 2020 Francine made my Disney Princess grandaughters dreams (and all of my family’s dreams) come true, once again, with the special Princess events she was able to book for all of us!! It was a special dream that became the most amazing Disney vacation with much thanks and appreciation to Francine! Francine helps with the planning from start to finish. Disney World Trip

Our Disney Orlando trip was absolutely fantastic, and Melissa T played a huge role in making it so smooth and enjoyable. From the very beginning of planning until the end of our trip, she supported us every step of the way. Melissa helped us choose the right hotel, did excellent park planning, and guided us thoroughly with Lightning Lane bookings, which made a big difference in maximizing our time at the parks. She was always responsive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, ensuring we felt confident and stress-free throughout the process. Thanks to her dedication and attention to detail, our vacation was truly magical. I highly recommend Melissa T to anyone planning a Disney trip—you’ll be in great hands!

An Amazing trip full of Disney magic

We are experienced Disney travellers having gone to WDW many times. Originally, we were going to use the same company to book our trip that we had before. After speaking with Sherrie, we changed our mind and decided to use her extensive knowledge and try booking through her and Playcation. We were very happy we decided to switch. Sherrie was always there whenever we had any question no matter how offbeat. When we asked something that she didn’t have an answer to, Sherrie immediately looked into it and promptly got back to our family with the information we needed. She gauged perfectly the amount of help we needed. She never pushed but had plenty of suggestions if we asked which was perfect as we already have a lot of knowledge ourselves. We had booked our trip when a new deal popped up. Sherrie hunted until she found a room in our chosen resort that would save us costs on our trip, even when I had told her not to worry about it because it seemed that there weren’t any rooms in the deal that would suit our needs. Sherrie booked our rooms, park tickets, special event tickets, an umbrella at Typhoon Lagoon and our dinning reservations (her quick morning fingers managed to get us every restaurant at the times we hoped, it was amazing!). Our trip overlapped her own family vacation and she still made sure that we were taken care of by giving us a contact that we could use if there were any problems when she was away. Sherrie made sure to note our celebrations (an anniversary and a graduation) on our reservations and also called when we got paranoid that the Disney had missed adding them. Our trip itself was amazing and seamless. We stayed in Animal Kingdom Lodge for the first time and it was what Sherrie had told us to expect, incredible! We stayed for 8 nights and spent 5 days in the parks, an evening event in Hollywood Studios and a day in Typhoon Lagoon. Our trip was well sprinkled with Pixie Dust, thanks to Sherrie! We will definitely be calling for our next trip!
