Mandy’s passion for Walt Disney World began with her first trip at age 3, nurtured by her mom’s love of Mickey Mouse. Years of family trips, and father-daughter and solo trips in honour of her mom grew to include Universal Studios and all things Harry Potter. Mandy’s experience in event planning helps her to make every trip she plans a special event.

About Me
My mom had always loved Mickey Mouse. She was so happy to get photos with him. Now when I meet Mickey and get a hug, it is like my mom is saying hello.
My first trip to Walt Disney World was when I was 3 years old, I had the typical skinned knee in photos. Photos are great memories and for showing how the park has changed through the years. I can’t wait to see all the new changes that are coming!
I was lucky to get to go to Walt Disney World various times growing up. We stayed at different resorts and Fort Wilderness Campground was a favourite (tent, trailer, and cabin), especially around Christmas when all the blow up decorations of guests are up!
My dad always seemed to get picked for shows, he was an extra in the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular and a fairy in the Hoop-Dee-Doo.
As I got older I became chief wheelchair pusher, first for my mom and later for my dad. I have experience navigating the parks with a wheelchair and became an expert at dodging guests who randomly stop or change directions. 🙂
I like to explore the different resorts and often complete their fun scavenger hunts. I have tried out various resort activities such as mosaics, painting, tie dye, and more. Visiting Walt Disney World I get to remember the fun memories of my mom and dad.
Some of my most treasured memories were made at Walt Disney World. I enjoy planning vacations with families because I know I am helping them experience the magic so that they may create their own memories.
