Getting started is easy. You can visit our team page to browse our advisors and choose the right fit, or fill out the contact form on this page and we’ll match you with someone. Either way, an advisor will be in touch to learn more about what you’re looking for and the planning begins from there.
We aim to make initial contact as quickly as possible – because we know you’re excited to get started and so are we. During regular hours you can typically expect to hear back within a few hours of submitting your request. Evening and overnight requests will be picked up the following day. We work hard to make sure no one is left waiting longer than necessary.
Our advisors set their own schedules and are based across Canada, which means someone is generally available across multiple time zones. That said, our advisors are not available around the clock and responses to evening and overnight inquiries will be handled the following day. For urgent matters related to an existing booking, call our head office directly at 416-691-8091.
Our advisors work with clients in whatever way works best for them – phone calls, video chats, and email are all options. When you connect with your advisor for the first time, you can let them know your preferred way of communicating and they’ll work with that. We want the process to feel easy and personal, not transactional.
