Her son has a disability, but that has not stopped Kate from finding ways to have amazing travel experiences. About Me

After my youngest turned 2, I took my family to Walt Disney World. I was taken by surprise at how magical it was for my family (adults down to toddler). On top of the magic was the Disney difference.

One of my children has an intellectual disability and using the Disability Access Service made me:

Appreciate how valued everyone is at Walt Disney World
Feel understood by the accommodations offered to families that benefit from them
Ensured that my hard earned vacation money is well spent for our whole family.

I wanted to share all of these wonderful ways to experience the magic of Walt Disney World and other Disney Destinations with anyone who would listen, so I set a goal of becoming a travel advisor and landed my dream job with Playcation Travel Ltd.

I know how much information is out there when someone starts researching a trip to a Disney Destination. The volume of tips and tricks and hacks can truly make your head spin!

I am a Registered Nurse and continue to work full time at Public Health. My nursing role has provided me with experience and education about all kinds of needs for families. Using those skills, I enjoy learning about your family and what they want out of their vacation. I can filter all of that information for you, saving you a lot of time and unnecessary stress. Your vacation should start from the minute you start planning. I am an absolute stickler for details, and pride myself on making sure no little piece is missed. I can guarantee your family will have a memorable and comfortable vacation working with me.

My family has been fortunate to have travel experiences including trips to: Hawaii, Caribbean, New York City, St. Martin, Florida, Australia, San Francisco

My favourite location: Main St. USA in Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom Park.
