Jocelyn is a travel advisor, a lifelong Disney lover, and a mom of three littles who brings both genuine excitement and serious attention to detail to every vacation she plans. She specializes in Disney destinations, cruises, and thoughtfully coordinated family travel, but her greatest strength is making clients feel that they have someone firmly in their corner. Jocelyn takes the time to understand each family, give honest advice, and stay involved long after the booking is made. To her, your vacation is never “just another trip”; it’s something your family has worked, saved, and dreamed for, and she treats it that way.

Hi, I’m Joce!
Travel advisor, Mom, and self proclaimed “Dis-nerd”. I didn’t originally plan to return to work after becoming a mom, but when the opportunity came along to help families plan incredible vacations, it felt like something I was genuinely meant to do.
My first trip to Disneyland sparked a love of Disney that has followed me ever since. I’ve now returned many times, travelled to Walt Disney World, and sailed with Disney Cruise Line, including experiencing Disney travel with my own young children. That means I understand both sides of a family vacation: the magic you’re hoping to create and the very real logistics of strollers, naps, tired toddlers, different personalities, budgets, and trying to make the experience special for everyone.
Disney Travel will probably always be my first travel love, but it isn’t all I do. I also help clients plan cruises, European vacations, hotels, transportation, tours, and all the moving pieces that turn a collection of reservations into one thoughtfully planned trip. I’m continually expanding my expertise with cruise lines including Princess, Norwegian, and Royal Caribbean so I can help clients choose the vacation that truly fits them, not simply recommend whatever is easiest to book.
When you work with me, I want you to feel like you truly have someone in your corner. I take the time to learn about your family: what you’re excited about, what you’re nervous about, what matters most to you, and where you don’t want to waste your money. I’ll tell you honestly when I think something is worth the splurge, and also when I don’t. I research the little details, think through how the pieces fit together, answer the questions you already have, and try to anticipate the ones you haven’t thought of yet.
And I don’t disappear once your deposit has been paid. If an airline won’t let you check in, you’re unsure how to reach your hotel, plans unexpectedly change, or you simply need reassurance that you’ve made the right choice, I’m still here. Your vacation represents your time, your money, and memories your family may carry for the rest of their lives. I don’t take the trust you place in me lightly.
